We accepts the following payment methods for orders via Google Checkout - very fast, no need to fill in your card info. Or PayPay which is again easy if you have an account or you can also make payment with inputting card details.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT). The current (from 01/01/2010) full VAT rate is 17.5%
We will always send you an email confirmation upon successfully placing an order. We have a legal obligation to provide you with an electronic receipt for your transaction which you may want to file or print out to keep for future reference. The confirmation will include details of your order, including your chosen delivery address.

As items are often dispatched within 24 hours of your order being placed, it is important that you contact us within this period time as we are unable to pay for return delivery to Dads Baby Shop.
The price payable for Goods that you order are as set out in our website. The prices payable for goods exclude delivery charges. Delivery charges are shown separately when ordering your goods based on your country. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable but exclusive of any import or export duty.
Our normal delivery is between 2-7 working days from the day of placing an order, should it be expected to be 7 or more days, we'll call you to discuss your delivery
Please allow up to 14 days to avoid disappointment. Your payment will be charged once the goods have been processed.
The web site has the ability to track the status progress of your order. Please ensure that you register your details online prior to placing your order to benefit from this facility. Should you require an update on delivery date please contact us
Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result.
If an item is out of stock there may be a delay, in some cases up to 28 days. Your credit/debit card will only be charged once the goods are dispatched, but cheque's must be banked on receipt for security reasons and you should allow at least 7 days for your cheque to clear after which your order will be dispatched.
With a few items we may experience longer delivery times if stock deliveries are delayed. In these cases we will contact you with the expected date of delivery. We can put items aside for you and you will only be charged on delivery of your item.

Normal delivery charges are UK Mainland per order - £ 5.99 this is a flat rate and is next working day for items in stock.
Northern Ireland & Scottish Islands per order - £ 9.99 flat rate per order.
We don't currently ship international
Please contact us either by telephone on 0560 03427021 or e-mail email@example.com if you wish to return or exchange a damaged or faulty product, we will issue you with a returns number. We regret that we cannot accept any returns or refunds unless the product is faulty or has been damaged in transit.
Please notify us of the fault/damage within 7 days so we can take prompt action to rectify the situation.
Please note: All purchases must be returned to our head office address marked with your returns number to Returns, twins-store ltd, PO Box 439, Northwich CW9 8YE. We are unable to refund any return postage costs.
Please obtain a ‘proof of posting’ certificate from your post office when returning products, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return.
We are confident that you will always be happy with your purchases. However, if any item is faulty and you wish to exchange or return it please inform us within 10 days where we can take prompt action to rectify the situation. Please ensure that you gain ‘proof of postage’ certificate when returning goods as twins-store cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit when returning to us.
We apologise that we are unable to refund the delivery charges of any returns to twins-store ltd.
